Alisa Sprouse

Alisa is a QC Tech IV for the Aerial Cable Systems business unit at AFL. She has worked at AFL for more than 24 years.

Considering AFL’s mission and vision statement (above), how do you feel you contribute to achieving these objectives in your role? "Since I work in the last department before the cable ships to the customer, I pride myself in maintaining high standards regarding the quality of AFL’s products.”

What do you enjoy most about working at AFL? “I enjoy working with a very diverse group of people. I am constantly learning new things and feel that everyone can contribute to the success of AFL’s future.”

What has impressed you most about the facility and/or product during your tenure at AFL? “I have always found fiber optics interesting and the different applications that utilize our products. Through my years at AFL, I have seen growth and expansion into new markets that I never would have imagined 24 years ago!”
