AFL offers a full line of swage grounding and bus accessories that enable installation without the need for a welder. Using a technology process called “swaging,” these accessories are installed faster and more efficiently with lower installation costs. Made for low voltage applications, products include cable, pipe, flat and tubular bus plus integral web connections.

Additionally, AFL offers the industry’s most complete line of compression accessories designed to operate at a temperature lower than that of the conductor. AFL provides six different compression configurations including HiTemp® compression two-die system, IMPACCT® implosive technology, Quick Compress single die system, standard compression two-die system, ACCR 3M Composite HiTemp Two-Die System and ACCC HiTemp Compression Two-Die system. All compression accessories are designed to operate at a temperature 15 percent to 25 percent cooler than the conductor.
