This report demonstrates AFL’s commitment to creating a more sustainable future for its associates, customers, and the communities it serves.

"This year, we celebrate our forty years of growth and significant achievement. I'm incredibly pleased with the progress our team has made with our ESG program in such a short period of time,” commented Jaxon Lang, AFL President and CEO. “While this report marks the second year of reporting, it also represents many decades of building a culture that honors the AFL Spirit.”
