overall cable length. Without any need to account for location and number of customers to
connect (up front).

Capital expenditure was further aligned with customer penetration, and the customer had experienced
the benefits of AS Closure installation on demand when subscriber requested high‐speed broadband.

RESULTS
Upon completion of the first stage of the project, AFL deployed over 2,400 km of cable, covering approx 150k properties. Our customer has a
good overall understanding of solution benefits, good area coverage of cable and some new subscribers, already paying monthly high‐speed
broadband subscriptions.
The success of Future Access deployment for this Hungarian Telecom company ultimately resulted in new Telcom customers in Hungary now
deploying the AFL Future Access Solution, and we have to date passed another 180k property for other Telecom operators.
