This year, we at AFL are excited as the SCTE-ISBE Cable-Tec Expo, Oct. 23-25, comes back to the southeast to the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, just a few hours away from our headquarters in Duncan, S.C. I’ll be heading down to represent the AFL Cable and Connectivity team at the Expo.
AFL continues its leadership position as an unmatched end-to-end solutions provider in the cable and telecommunications market by demonstrating our industry-leading product innovations at the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo. At our booth, we’ll be will be presenting an array of cable, connectivity, and test and inspection products for Fiber to the “X” as well as next generation HFC architectures such as Remote PHY and Fiber Deep. Be sure to check out the new LightLink (LL-550) Optical Splicing and Distribution Enclosure, as well as the new LMHD-series which joins the LM-series and LM-200 cables in the MicroCore cable family.

My AFL colleagues and I would love the opportunity to meet with you and introduce you to AFL. If you already know us, let us update you on some of the new and exciting technologies we have to offer. My main focus is on FTTx networks and cable and connectivity solutions. So if you’re in need of a high density cable product for backhaul or access networks or fiber optic connectivity for outside plant FTTx or MDU application, come by Booth 831 and talk to me.
As a proud presenting sponsor of the 2018 International Cable-Tec Games, we embrace the opportunity to host game contestants in our booth during the Expo to practice on the AFL 70S core alignment fusion splicer before the competition officially begins.
An added bonus for me this year, my Atlanta Falcons are hosting the New York Giants on Monday Night football at the adjacent Mercedes-Benz Stadium the night before the Expo show floor officially opens! Maybe I’ll see you there. If not, please come see us in Booth 831 and allow us to demonstrate how AFL can potentially assist with your challenges through our collection of products and services.
